HOW TO BUY

Shopping at ro-popularart is very easy. Just follow these steps:

1. Choose the section (Ceramic collection, Costume collection, Icon colection, ...) and then the product type (icon painted on wood, on glass, Ceramic cup Horezu, etc).
2. View the products you are interested in and click on the photograph to zoom in and see every detail, available sizes, composition, reference code and price.
3. Select an item and add it to your basket. You can then choose to continue shopping or to process order.
4. If you wish to continue shopping, repeat the process but if you wish to process the order, log in.
5. Once you have entered your details, check that they are correct and click on confirm.
6. Choose  receive it via express delivery and check that the shipping and billing addresses are correct.
7. Select your card type: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard or Maestro.
8. Confirm the order.
9. You will receive an email confirming your order.

10. Average response time to requests by email: 2 hours.

• In which countries is it possible to shop online?

  At the moment you can place your order at all EU countries, Norge, USA, China, Japan,  Monaco, Switzerland, Vatican City State and Australia. 

• How many languages is it possible to browse in?

  The ro-popularart.com browsing languages are: English and Romanian.

• Are out-of-stock items restocked?

• If an item is out of stock, we will try to restock it as soon as possible. If no stock is available, it will be removed from the website.

• Will I receive the same product that I see in the photo?

  Yes, except in the case of products which are hand crafted in which there may be slight differences in the final product.

• Is it possible to receive periodic information via email about latest new products and offers?

  Yes. By simply clicking on Newsletter you will receive information on latest products.

• Can I cancel my Newsletter subscription?

  You can easily cancel your subscription by clicking on the Newsletter menu. Fill in the details and select send.

• How do I recover my forgotten password?

  If you have forgotten your password, you can recover it in the Log in section. You will receive an email with your new password.

• How can I be sure that I've made my purchase correctly?

  Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive an email, contact our customer service.

• Can I track my order?

  Yes. Click on the order menu in your account and you will be able to track your order in real time.

• Can I remove items from my order?

  Yes. You can delete any unwanted items from your shopping bag as long as the order hasn’t been processed yet.

• Can I cancel my order?

  Yes. You can cancel your order from the order menu in your account.

• What should I do if I receive a faulty item?

  ro-popularart.com only sells items in perfect condition so, in the rare event of receiving a faulty item, please contact our customer service.

• What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?

  If you were to accidentally receive an item that you did not order, please contact our customer service.

• What payment method can I use to make my purchase?

  We offer the following payment methods: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard and Maestro.

  

• Why might my credit card be refused?

  Your credit card may be refused for any of the following reasons:

  • - The card may have expired. Check that your card is still valid.
  • - You may have reached your credit limit. Contact your bank to check that you have not exceeded the authorized purchase limit.
  • - You may have entered some information incorrectly. Check that you have filled in all the required fields correctly.

• Can I include my company’s details on my invoice?

  Yes. Simply click on the business option in personal details and fill in the tax information we require.

• Is it safe to use my credit card on the website?

• Yes, the data is transmitted SSL-encrypted. For payments with Visa and Mastercard only SET transactions (secure electronic transactions) are accepted. After verifying that the card is included in the SET system, the system will contact the card-issuing bank to enable the buyer to authorize the purchase. When the bank confirms the authenticity, the payment will be charged to the card. Otherwise the order will be cancelled.

  • Where can I receive my order?

    It can be sent to an address selected by you (home, work, etc. - never a PO Box).

  • How long will my order take to arrive?

  • We love to do a fair business with all of our customers and want to ship your packages the cheapest but most reliable we can.

    Also, our customers can choose delivery method as desired. Of course, duration and costs will be different.

    You can choose from:

    1. TNT Express service

    Delivery times depend on the number and desired product, country of destination and will be between 3 and 5 working days. 

     

    2.  Romanian Post  - International Parcel Service.

     

    The shipping cost is calculated by Romanian Post from kilo to kilo and depend also of destination country . So to send a parcel to USA, for example, the
    shipping cost is about 30$ for every parcel which have the weight less or equal with 1 kilo doesn't matter if the parcel's weight is 0.2 kilo, 0.8 kilo and so on up to 1 kilo. 

     

    The usual delivery time for International Parcel Service is 7-21 days, dependable of the destination country. 

    
    

    3. Romanian Post  - Express Mail Service (EMS).

     

    Delivery time for Express Mail Service is 5-7 days, also dependable by destination country but is more expensive than International Parcels Sevice.

    
    

  • How much do I pay for delivery service?

     We use TNT Express service and TNT Express tax for delivery will be show in your basket.

  • Can I track my order?

    Yes. Click on the order menu in your account and you will be able to track your order in real time.

  • What is the home delivery process?

    If you have chosen home delivery, we will send you an email confirming that your items have been dispatched (when your order leaves the warehouse), another with the tracking number (with a link to the courier's web page) and finally the courier will send you a text message or email to inform you of your delivery.

      Returns can be made within 10 working days from date of products receive.

    • Do I have to pay anything to return my items?

      Returns at ro-popularart.com are always free of charge.(except costs of returning) 

    • How will I receive my refund?

      Once the return has been approved, you will receive your refund via the same means used to make your purchase

    • When will I receive my refund?

      Once the return has been approved (the items have to be in perfect condition and internal labels must be intact) you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the refund will be paid into your account within a few days.

      Remember that payments to your credit card always depend on your bank/building society.

    • What should I do if the refund amount is incorrect?

      Contact our customer service, and we will solve the problem as quickly as possible

    When you decide to order our handicraft items is very important to know tomeasure correctly. We recommend that you check your measurements twice, considering the descriptions below:

Measurements Guide for Women

Bust

Measure under your armpits, around your shoulder blades, and over the fullest part of your bust. Don't pull the tape measure too hard.

For fitting a bra, you also need the measurement just under your bust.

Waist

Measure around your natural waistline. This is the narrow part of your waist, approx. an inch above your navel. Relax and breath out before you measure.

Hip

The hip should be measured around its fullest part (about 8 inch. below your waist).

Sleeve length: measured from the highest part of shoulder to wrist.

Inside-leg

This is the measurement from your ankle to your groin. This can also be measured on a pair of trousers with the proper length.

Measurements Guide for Men

Use a tape measure and the help of a friend to take the following measurements:

Neck size Use the tape to measure around the base of your neck, where it meets your shoulders. Put a finger between your neck and the tape measure for a more loose fit collar.

Sleeve

Bend your elbow and put your hand on your hip. Ask your friend to measure from middle of back of your neck, around shoulder and elbow to wrist bone.

Chest size

The measurement should be taken beneath your armpits, around the widest part of your chest and shoulder blades. Keep the tape measure horizontal.

Waist

Put the tape around your natural waistline, which should be close to your bellybutton. Put one finger between the tape and your body before you measure.

Inside-leg

This is measured between your groin and your lower ankle. You might find that is most easily measured on a pair of pants that already suit you.
